Mouth Gastronomy

Is a concept that proposes "cooking" inside the mouth through deliberate and sequential steps.

It is a proposal born from the interest in rediscovering and revaluing the mouth with a spirit of self-empowerment, moving the focus towards oneself in order to take advantage of and enjoy what is within our reach and that no one can take away from us.

This idea makes more and more sense as our experiences with food are increasingly overwhelmed by external stimuli and references.
